Ghana, West Africa

OBey Foundation partners with Harmony Health Therapeutics Services to create a Global Healing initiative. IAB Consulting coordinates with the committed participants on an all-inclusive 2-week journey that begins the day one submits an application. We spend most of our time at Ocean Breeze Healing and Wellness Retreat [OBHWR].  OBHWR is an NGO [Non-Governmental Organization] and the equivalent of a non-profit in Ghana, West Africa, Central Region. As our family property, we host cultural service learning and wellness retreats to provide a culturally humble experience for guests who visit our property. This is not a tourist destination. You can join a public group by checking out what's scheduled to the left. We also welcome opportunities to offer a space for healing and wellness for private groups. To be considered, one must request a group booking  Private groups can be scheduled with 2 or more participants and request 1 or 2 hosts for the duration of the trip. Havana, Cuba 

IAB Consulting coordinates a multiple-night experience in Havana, Cuba. Many of these experiences introduce guests to Afro-Cuban spiritual practices, music, and culture. This is not all inclusive land package. It requires cultural humility and openness to learn a difference in culture, politics, and economy. Sacred Agreements

Sacred Agreements Healing Retreat is a Journey for individuals or small groups (5 or less) to assist with moving to the next level. Using concepts of healing in Nature and Energy Healing work, Sacred Agreements Healing Retreat is a Custom Designed Journey for small groups (6 or less). It assists those feeling stuck, in moving to the next level. The experience creates space for breaking old Agreements and creating New Agreements.

"I Choose" Healing Circles

I Choose is NOT Group Therapy, but will engage participants in a therapeutic process of healing with many forms of healing tools. We curate a communal space of healing that promotes taking our power back through the CHOICE to be well. This is for organizations, small groups, communities, and families. I choose is best suited for ages 18 and over, but we can consider groups for adolescents and teenagers as well. Changing the Narrative Healing Retreat

Rewrite YOUR story! No longer living as a creature of habit, become the creator. Your past does not define you. Join us in engaging in wellness activities such as mindful movement and meditation. Allow the aromas of Earth-based scents to cleanse your Aura and Energy Field. Purify with our most sacred element, WATER! Spend time in silent meditation. Using a storytelling approach, participants will engage in a transformative experience through the healing power of writing, drawing, sound, or movement to release unhelpful stories out of the body. The Kwest of Kujichagulia 

Kujichagulia is a Swahili term that means "self-determination." It reminds us that we are the ones to define ourselves. This experience uses a therapeutic process through storytelling. Participants engage in a transformative experience through the healing power of writing, drawing, sound, or movement to release unhelpful stories from the body. This is a Five-week residency that engages participants in meditation, movement, prompts, reflection, and creating! This program helps participants to redefine who they are rather than defining themselves through their pain. This is for groups.
